We have 10 apartments and are located just 6 km from Florence, at the gateway to the Chianti region. The property has been recently renovated and is very characteristic, featuring stone pathways, spacious open areas, stairs, and charming views. It is built on the remains of a pre-existing structure that was originally a watchtower in the 11th century. Strategically positioned, it overlooks the valley of the Greve River. We are in Tavarnuzze, a district of Impruneta equipped with shops and all kinds of services, including a bus that takes you to the center of Florence in less than half an hour, every 15/20 minutes. This place is also ideal for excursions to Siena and the villages of Chianti, which can be reached by car in about half an hour. Guests have access to a beautiful panoramic swimming pool with umbrellas, deck chairs, and sunbeds, large green areas, and other furnished spaces to spend pleasant hours relaxing outdoors. We are located in Tavarnuzze, a hamlet of Impruneta equipped with shops and services of all kinds; to a few hundred meters Supermarket, Pharmacy and bus stop every 15/20 minutes it leads to the center of Florence in less than half an hour.
How to move
To visit the surroundings, the beautiful villages of Chianti or the areas towards Siena it is advisable to be equipped with means of transport. To go to Florence, a bus is available every 15/20 minutes it leads to the center of Florence in less than half an hour.

We are two km away. from the Impruneta exit of the A1 - E35 motorway towards Greve. We have free internal parking for 1 car per apartment. To go to the center of Florence it is bus available. Inside the apartment you will find directions for wi-fi and some useful information
Check in
The Residence does not have a reception so in order to allow you to arrive when you prefer after 2:00 pm, a few days before your arrival, I will send you by WhatsApp or email the instructions to get to your accommodation and register yourself (compliance with the law). You will can arrive and open your apartment very easy.
